Newbie planning my CFI trip.

Good evening all…
First I want to thank everyone for all the helpful information that has been shared here on this forum. It has certainly made it easier to make my plans and decide on where I want to spend my vacation time.
I will have to say that I am an older gentleman, a widower and just retired. I have always dreamed of taking a vacation like this, I just hope that I haven’t crossed the age limit…lol. At least I think I’m still a pretty good looking guy, healthy and in pretty good shape. So a little input from you guys would help ease my mind. Last thing I want is to have the lady I’m with to really not want to be with me.

I have emailed BD already and still waiting a response. I’m looking at being in DR January 16 thru 21st, 2023. Wondering if any of you might be planning on being down there during that time. Would be awesome to have some folks familiar with the area and just to talk to over some drinks.

Again thanks for all the information here. It already has me feeling pretty comfortable with the whole process. Hope I get a chance to meet some of you while I’m there.

mike, being an "older gentleman" myself I can tell you that BD can hook you up with a companion that will not care about your years. My first visit BD set me up with an absolutely stunning young lady who was very fun, active and uninhibited. The second time I had been working long hours and needed some down time so I explained to BD what I was looking for and I was introduced to a woman who was a little older (still much younger than me!!) and we had a very relaxed time walking around town, eating meals out, having a few drinks, shopping etc. When I wanted to take a break I would give here a few bucks and send her out to get her hair and nails done and I could sit on the beach or veranda and read. Remember it's your vacation so do what you want and communicate your wants to BD and your companion so everyone knows what's up at the beginning. Now for the best part... If you change your mind on what you want to do or what you want in a companion just let BD know and give him a little time to work his magic.

Sailor….thanks for the response. That certainly helps put my mind at ease. I not only want to make sure I have an amazing time, but I am one that always wants my girl to really enjoy herself and have a great time. My thought on that is that if she is having fun and enjoying our time together, then I am definitely going to be enjoying myself. Just my thoughts anyway…lol

BD just emailed me with a couple of his suggestions and I’ll have to say he might have struck the perfect combination. If her personality fits her charming and sexy looks, I’d say BD hit this one out of the park.

Not sure what you mean by older, I know for a fact there are some gents in their 80's that still have a great time. Just make sure you tell BD your age, something about yourself and what you are looking for in a companion. He always does a great job for me.
