Hola everyone,
This is actually intended for all those contacting us for the first time. Latelee we have been getting requests for information throu the contact us page, but some are accidently misspelling their e mail address, usually it is just one letter and we have been able to figure out some of them, but several we try but keep coming back as not able to deliver. we hate that people think we are not answering, but without the proper address, we cannot. So please when writing for the first time, check to make sure your address is correct.
BTW, Boca 3 has been exploding the last couple of months, everyone staying there really loves it. I guess in the future 3 will be the place to be.
Thanks and look forward to seeing all the new guests scheduled to come in this year.
Fior

I definitely have to agree that Boca 3 is WAY BETTER than the original. Please make this one the new location. Even if food and drinks aren't included like at Boca 1, the quality of the hotel is worth it alone.

Well hotel quality is definitely 100 times better but the charm just isn’t there in my opinion. The lack of privacy as number 1 is a big deal for me. A place for us guests to congregate and mingle also is not there. I will give number 3 a try in the future but the original holds the true charm of CFI for me.

Food and drinks aren't included? When I was at Boca 3, my refrigerator was stocked with everything we needed to drink and they covered breakfast and dinner for me as well. I didn't care about lunch because we were were normally gone anyway. Did they change something.

I was there just few weeks ago. We had all the booze we could drink and breakfast and dinner was included as well. I didn't care about lunch either, because I was diving one day and spent another in Santo Domingo and another golfing and that's why I believe they cut lunch, because no one was there to eat, so no use charging for it. however it was still available if you did want to eat there. I did like the fact also that you could eat dinner off the property and still have it covered. I have a couple places to eat that I really like, plus I found/tried the beach restaurant attached to the Boca 3 property which I loved also. I liked the food there actually as much or better than what we got at Boca 3. Granted, there is something about the old place that has some charm ( and some great memories ) but it doesn't compare to the new place and we still had a decent place to gather everyday with the 2 other guests that were there when we were.

I believe I seen Boca 3...A lot less privacy...I always enjoy the original, basely have the veranda to yourselves, been lots of music, dancing and just some good old adult fun lol. is there an area where when can all meet and have fun...pool fun?

Weekend they do have a pool. It’s on the beach side of the resort and leads out to the beach. The privacy won’t be there as other people including families will be there. It’s a nice place probably with about 30 rooms. I would try it out for a day or two on my next visit if I know there are other guests from CFI there also.

When I stayed at the original place last May, there was no privacy. There was a family with 2 children staying there for half the time I was there, families coming in for lunch or dinner, and because they had the bar leased out there were all sorts of people were coming and going in the evening/night.
Maybe there was privacy at some time in the past, but there wasn't any when I was there. It sounds like Boca 3 is the place to be these days.

I know what you’re talking about. Juan does have friends and family over for the use of the pool and food. They’ve rented out the space for the bar by the street. That is a total meat market so you have guys going in and out once they open. During pandemic they did rent out to more locals for their beach visits. Hopefully that and Juan’s family and friends stuff has ended at CFI.

HAHAHA, I don't think you could act improperly in the DR. After what I have seen on past visits around town, the stuff at CFI is pretty mild. As far as privacy, well if you walk on the beach or around town, I don't believe they will clear everyone out so you can have privacy. I have yet to stay at a hotel where there wasn't other people. However, If you feel the need to have sex on the dinner table or all over the property, you should probably look into one of their private villas for a couple, some friends and I are looking into getting a large one the next time we go to CFI, it isn't much more than a regular stay and gives you total privacy. We don't care about privacy that much, but thought it would be fun to all stay together in one big villa. We thought about Boca 3, I have stayed there before and it is an awesome place, way above the original in every way, but the guys this time want to sit by the pool and BBQ, we have a projector for XXXXXX movies and just be totally drunk and unruly for a few days.

That’s a great plan. Sounds about similar to what I would like to do. I would love it if they do move everything to a 8-10 room villa. Provide daily cleaning and keep a cook on hand from 7am-11pm between 2 shifts. You could also have a few shifts for the bartenders.

Visited a few weeks ago with 3 three friends and we actually got a taste of 3 properties during our stay. First off we were arriving way after midnight, so BD suggested we opt to go girl less the first night, beings it was so late and maybe later if our flight was not on time. Then he also suggested we stay at the old location, because of the late check in and the cost. so that first night the 4 of us saved collectively about $1,200.00. We were willing and expected to pay full price for that partial night, but were very pleased with BDs suggestion. There was noise, there was some workers there doing improvements to the property, but didn't bother us while we were there, and the money we saved was just another bonus. I had stayed there another time a few years ago, but coming back I thought a change would be in order. Then they moved us the next day to boca 3, that was not our original choice as we were wanting to stay in the villa, but it was booked the first two days of our stay and we were not at all flexible with our days there, so it was our specific days or none at all. We were fine with our choice of breaking the stay up, and spending two of our nights at #3 and we all really would have been happy there for our entire stay, I liked the flexibility of the meals over #1, the suites were fantastic as well as the beach area, but we felt committed to the villa our last 4 nights. we did enjoy the privacy of our villa, the pool BBQ's, the skinny dipping, but like i said #3 would have been great also. Our girls were superb, mixed with a little naughty for good measure. We told Fior what we were looking for and she nailed every one, we were all happy and no one traded the whole visit. Our last night after consuming an astronomical amount of alcohol, we all agreed to let the girls draw our names out of a hat and the guys had no idea of who their partner would be the last night till bedtime. Turned out to be an exciting night for sure. Well, at least what we remember of it!
But I guess what I am saying, is that you can't hardly go wrong no matter where you stay at CFI. Of course it is still what you make it, you can be the guy that looks for little problems and lets it ruin your stay, or you can be the guy that just shrugs it off and goes on. Personally I have never been one to let a couple hiccups ruin my stay, you're gonna find em no matter where you go, but for what you pay, and what you get there, compared to the other places, there is nowhere else I would consider going.
And this is to BD and Fior, thanks for taking care of us, thanks for saving us so much that first night and lastly, for putting up with a bunch of drunks for a week.
See ya this fall. Stevie

Good review Stevie. Never can go wrong at CFI is for sure. Hiccups will always happen so make the best of it and keep going. I would love to try the villa but it would have to be with a few members here as it’s a solo trip for most of us.

I'm at Boca 3 right now, the view from the room is good level 7. As for the drink as long I'm in the room or on the beach I got all the drink I want from Fior. But at the pool I can't and need to pay for drink. I eat lunch so I need to pay at the end. At the beach we got seller every 2 minute. So the only good point for me is only the view. Next time I will go to Boca 1. And to finish hi to the people who know me from 5 years ago 😁
