I am looking to do this, but I look at some places and they want a butt load of money down before I ever get here, and Fantasy Island doesn't ask for anything?? I don't get it.

Roger, Thats a very good question. And I have one. Now days with so many scams on the internet why would anyone with any sense give a thousand hard earned dollars to someone they do not know?? I know of several people coming here that had paid big bucks down, only to find it was a scam and there was noone to pick them up at the airport, much less a resort to go to. When we were setting up Fantasy Islands program, we decided to go the no money down route. What better message to send to possible clients, than one that we trust them enough that we take their word as their bond on completing any agreement we make and let them pay after they arrive. I think it developes a certain amount of trust in the very beginning. It tells them a little bit about our values, that we have confidence in our product and it shows we are serious about doing business with them. Maybe because I'm American but I just think it's the best way. Hope this helps.
